Enez Swimwear is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund.
Due to hygiene reasons underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear. The item can only be returned if in original condition and if it meets all the requirements below:
- Is clean
- Has not been worn out
- Has not been washed
- All tags/labels are attached
- Hygiene liners are in place (bottoms & one pieces)
- Is free of makeup, perfume, self tanner and sunscreen
Enez Swimwear may refuse the return of items where the above conditions have not been met.
To return or exchange an item please follow these steps:
- Within 10 days of receiving your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and let us know your name, order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with our mailing address where you can ship the item back to us
- Enez Swimwear does not cover return shipping cost. This will be incurred at your expense. We recommend using a registered postal service with a tracking facility, as we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred due to return shipping.
- Once received, your return will be inspected to ensure that is in original condition as outlined above. Generally returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the item back.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you when your return has been finalized
All garments are made from high quality fabric and are quality checked prior to shipping.
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty garment, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While your swimsuit is made to last we do not accept liability for general wear and tear or issues that have arisen due to our care instructions not being followed such as:
- Burring or pulling of fabric
- Lack of elasticity
- Deterioration of fabric
- Color fading or running
- Misshapen padding
