What is Your Return Policy?

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund back to original payment method, store credit, or a one time exchange for a different size. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned package is received. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of $8 per return order. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.


What is the Returns Processing Fee For?

The returns processing fee helps to cover the cost of the shipping label that we provide to send your order back to our return center. Orders returned for a ‘refund’ will incur the returns processing fee. Exchanges & orders returned for store credit will not be charged a return processing fee.

Can I Cancel My Order After it is Placed?

Unfortunately, order cancellations or changes after checking out are not able to be accepted due to our quick fulfillment process. As soon as your order is received, the fulfillment process begins. This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.

How Do I Make a Return?

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you would like to return
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How Do I Make an Exchange?
  1. Visit our returns/exchange center found here
  2. Enter your order number and email address 
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines on how to ship back the item you are returning
  5. Once we receive the item the new item will ship out to you. Note: If new item is out of stock you will receive a gift card for store credit sent to your email 
  6. You have 30 days to make an exchange from the delivery date. 
  • You will not be charged a returns processing fee for an exchange.
What Items are Exchangeable/Returnable? 

The item can only be returned if in original condition and if it meets all the requirements below:  

  • Is clean
  • Is free of makeup, perfume, lotion, self tanner, deodorant stains, hair of any kind
  • Has not been worn (except to try on)
  • Has not been washed
  • All tags/labels are attached and have not been cut or ripped
  • Hygiene liners and top padding are in place and have not been removed

Due to hygiene reasons underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear. 

*Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in a partial to no refund

​​Enez Swimwear may refuse the return of items where the above conditions have not been met. Any items returned, not abiding by our terms will be refused and sent back to the customer. You will be contacted via email with next steps regarding rejected items.

While your swimsuit is made to last we do not accept liability for general wear and tear or issues that have arisen due to our care instructions not being followed such as:​

  • Burring or pulling of fabric
  • Lack of elasticity
  • Deterioration of fabric
  • Color fading or running
  • Misshapen padding

Please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Hot tubs, heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Once a swimsuit is worn, and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason.

Note, all Final Sale /  Last Chance items are ineligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange, store credit).

What Items are NOT Exchangeable / Returnable? 

The items listed below are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Chains / Jewelry
  • Last Chance or Sale page items
  • Shipping Protection. This service ensures your shipment arrives to you safely and is therefore non-refundable
If I Return an Order that had a Discount Code Applied, will the Discount Code be Available Again for a New Purchase?

Our discount codes are for one time use per order and are unable to be reloaded into another order if you return your order.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

30 days after delivery of your item

How Do I Ship Back the Items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How Soon Will I Get my Refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10-14 business days after item has been received.

My Order was Marked as Delivered, but I Did Not Receive it.

We apologize for the concern over your package. In this instance we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse so we give all customers the option of purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout. If you purchased Shipping Protection, please submit a claim here ,and upon approval a replacement package will be sent.

Here are some other good next steps, in addition to filing your claim:

  1. Check the address on the tracking page to ensure it was sent to the right place
  2. Talk to your local post office
  3. Talk to your neighbors or concierge

Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.

How Do I Return if I am International?

We unfortunately, do not provide return labels for international orders at this time, you are responsible for the cost of mailing your items back to us.

The Item I Received is Damaged.

All garments are made from high quality fabric and are quality checked prior to shipping. In the case that you receive a faulty garment, please email us as soon as possible at contact@enezswimwear.com and we will assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
