USA Orders  

• All orders ship from Miami Beach, FL.
• We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.
• Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
• All Shipments are delivered by USPS (Mon-Fri excluding holidays)
• We offer Shipping Protection at checkout to help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you need to file a claim please visit:

• If you experience a lost, damaged or stolen package, and Shipping Protection protection was not added to your order, ENEZ Swim will only ship a replacement order. If the items are not available at the time, a gift card for the amount of the order will then be issued.
• Enez Swim is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout. We will re-ship your order once it is returned to us and customer is in charge of new shipping fee.
• All orders are subject to address verification.

International Orders

• Enez Swim ships internationally.
• All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
